Let\u2019s not forget<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">greppole<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">or \u201cciccioli\u201d (pork scratchings), which, together with<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">gras pist\u00e0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">and\n\u201cpolenta\u201d \u2013 sometimes filled with bitter herbs \u2013 represents the truly rural side of
